Customer Portal

If you are an existing customer, using the button below, you can sign into your customer account using your 10 digit Customer ID or email address (that you registered with us). You will find your Customer ID on the email that accompanies your latest Invoice and Account Summary.
This will allow you to access:

Account Summary
Schedule -  including Check In & Check Out times with GPRS information
Request Services  - to request extra Dog Walking services to those already scheduled*

* If your dog is not on a group walk you will need to send your request by email. This due to the complex scheduling options.
